Dark Room Fun

Here’s the latest project from the darkroom… I really wanted to work with letter forms and text and see how they interact with each other. The first set was created by putting a shirt on glass. Then adding the letters on top and exposing the light sensitive paper. The second set was made by stretching netting across the glass and placing the letters on top. The third set is the same process, but with a lace texture. I think my favorite composition is the last series of refrigerator letters. You may also notice that the words are misspelled. That’s not on purpose, I simply didn’t have those letters anymore. But I really like the misspelling. It adds a mystery and adventure to the pieces.
