Texture Critique

I’m having trouble adding the textures as swatches, but i tried to put the texture i want next to the object i want to have that texture. basically this will be a more abstract face with subtle movement and shapes.

I think this will look awesome!!!!! Its very original and a great idea 🙂 The textures although they are very very different really work together and you will for sure have a good sense of unity . Good Luck!

I find your ideas very interesting. I would suggest keeping the swatches similar to the tone and value of the face so that viewers can recognize your design. However, I like what you have chosen for all of the above, especially for the eyes.

I really like this idea! I think it’s great that you chose something different like a face instead of an animal, or something that is already majorly texturized. I love the idea of an organic treatment on the face. I agree that value and tone should be along the same lines so we know what it is, but i love the swatches. Many different textures, so be sure to have unity among the different textures. 🙂
